Established in 2008, Tailormade is lead by experienced recruiters form various sectors of the Industry. This facilitates empathy of the daily challenges of working within the recruitment industry. We take pride in ensuring all our employees are selected for their knowledge and experience of the sector they recruit for. We do not employ consultants who carry no knowledge of the sector.

Our background comes from working across a variety of sectors from small privately owned companies to nationals which enables us to have a clear understanding of technicalities of working within SME's to Nationals to PLC's with the benefits each brings in terms of employment. 

The ethos behind Tailormade was born from our experience of the rec2rec industry, there are a few main players but none of them actually understand the reason behind the job, its not about fees, its about providing a platform to represent the committed and hardworking professionals from within the recruitment industry, who have been misrepresented and undersold in the past.
